Ok, first off, thank you guys SO much for organizing the forums and laying out a very helpful post to explain exactly whats going on. Thank you. Though i have a few questions: I read this: " • Export photo-realistic models in FBX, RCS and IPM (OBJ and RCM are free). With seamless support in Autodesk design and creation suites, Photo on ReCap 360 reconstructions can be used in 3D printing, 3D documentation and visualization, conceptual design, measurement and analysis, visual effects and asset creation workflows. " When you mean free OBJ/RCM export, is that for free (subscription-less) users? Or you still have to sign up for the $55 yearly subscription and the exports don't require 5 cloud points? Are they preview quality or "ultra" quality? Again, thank you guys for all the effort, this service is a major game changer for many professions.

I think I just answered my own question. Thanks to Stephanie's post I was able to fix my upload problems i was having and now I can see that there are options for obj and rcs uploads for PREVIEW. Still plan on getting the subscription though.

Thank you for your post.

You can process in draft mode for free with .OBJ and .RCM as an available exports.

To process in ultra-mode you will need to use the credits.

Those credits you may have as a subscription from other Autodesk products you have purchased or you may sign up for annual subscription.

My company already has a Autodesk subscription. They are asking for me to send the details of this software so they can organize an account. I cant seem to find it on the Autodesk products page?
