Rendering is not recognizable

I have taken photos of 3 different objects (following the exact processes as seen on numerous videos) then uploaded them everything seems great to this point.  When I download the results there is absolutely no resemblance to the object in any way.  Very Frustrated.

I would like to send my photos to someone to have then assessed to see what I can possibly be doing wrong.  Can any one help me with this.  I am very new to this as you might expect.
