Regarding the ReCap Pro Application,
The of the end-users has informed us some errors.
They have captured from 20 to 30 scans for one Project via BLK360 and each scan is combined automatically.
but actually 20th scan doesn’t combine previous, so when they tried to combine them manually and pushed “Merge”, ReCap Pro App shut down.
They re-started ReCap Pro and as soon as they selected that project, ReCap shut down. after this satiation happened, they cannot use that project anymore.
In other words,
1, After they got about 20 to 30 scans, they can’t merge the scan and previous automatically.
2, When they tried to combine them manually and pushed “Merge”, ReCap Pro App shut down.
3, They re-started ReCap Pro and as soon as they selected that project, ReCap shut down. after this satiation happened, they cannot use that project anymore.
Question
1)Is this situation related to ReCap Pro application program?
2)Is this error for this program?
3)Do you have any information about this situation or experience?
