ReCap Pro transfer from Mobile device error.

I have a previous scan that is saved on the ipad storage which I am trying to transfer to the desktop recap pro. I get the following error. I have check the Ipad app version is the latest, and also the desktop version is the latest. My pc has been reimaged since the scan was first done...but I assumed if it was saved on the IPad that I could transfer again to the desktop?ReCaperror.PNG

Hello,

Restart both  your PC and your Tablet, Usually works for me, try it

Hi Anil,

 

I have the same error but was not able to resolve it by rebooting my PC and iPad.  When trying to cancel and return to the home screen, i received the following error:
