Recap Pro - "Launch Project" button doesn't do anything when clicked

When clicking on the "Launch Project" button on recap nothing happens? I have previously registered the scan data together and launched the project.

 

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the project file being xref'ed into an AutoCad drawing I am working on?

 

I have tried restarting the computer, making sure Autocad has closed etc but nothing seems to allow the project to launch!

 

Any suggestions?

Thank you for participating in our Community! Looks like ReCap is still indexing your project. You have to wait till its finish indexing before lunching project. You can see progress on progress bar. Please, let me know if this helps.

The bar at the bottom doesn't move from 0%, it's like it is stuck?

To add to my previous comment, I can still go back to the home screen so the program hasn't crashed?

Looks like there are many scans in your project. I would let it finish processing before you kill the process.

Hi Anil,

 

Time hasn't helped, its seems to be stuck at 0%, any ideas?

 

I've noticed that a few of the scans are saying "pending" which might be holding things up perhaps? So frustrating.

I would try creating new project with scans that were able to process and then add those scans that are showing up as pending. Let me know if this helps.

I have the same problem in Recap Pro. The bar is completed 100% but the 'launch project' button is grey out.

Hi @joelsj ,

 

May I know which version of ReCap Pro are you using?

 

I just gave it a try with the sample file you shared and I was able to Launch the Project using ReCap Pro 2025 after import and index.

Now it works! Installed the latest hotfix for 2023.
