Recap Pro Mobile - Log In Issues

I have a commercial subscription of Recap pro. This was purchased through a Reseller and appears in my Autodesk Account.

 

When logging into Recap Pro Mobile (version 1.2.1) the log in screen accepts the user name and password. Once entered, the same user name and password dialogue appears. No error appears it is almost stuck in the log in loop.

 

When I try using logging in using an incorrect log in email address, an error comes up saying that the email address cant be found.  

 

I have tried reinstalling the mobile software, however the same issues apply.

Thank you for participating in our Community! Can you login to ReCap Pro Desktop application? Were you grant access to ReCap Mobile application from Autodesk Account by contract manager? If not then you may have to ask contract mange to grant you access to ReCap Mobile application.

I am having the exact same issue here.  Do you know the cause of the problem?
