Recap Pro Mobile - Log In Issues

I have a commercial subscription of Recap pro. This was purchased through a Reseller and appears in my Autodesk Account.
When logging into Recap Pro Mobile (version 1.2.1) the log in screen accepts the user name and password. Once entered, the same user name and password dialogue appears. No error appears it is almost stuck in the log in loop.
When I try using logging in using an incorrect log in email address, an error comes up saying that the email address cant be found.
I have tried reinstalling the mobile software, however the same issues apply.
