Experiencing an issue where Recap will not open RCP files that are stored on Desktop Connector. All RCS files that comprise the RCP are synced with ADC, and the RCP itself is also synced. When I try to open the file, I get the following two error messages.
I have tried "free up space" on the RCP and re-syncing and I have tried restarting ADC, but it still does not work. When I save the RCP to a local drive (or even just download the file), however, I am able to open the file. Does ADC not support RCP files, or is there something else going on?
