ReCap Pro: Export Animation will finish processing

I keep trying to export a video in Recap Pro to produce a fly through video. It keeps stalling either without processing any of the data or creating a partial fly through of only a few of my view points. Now after a few time, it completely stopped processing all together. Is there some kind of cache I need to clear to get it working again? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried reopening it and creating new view points and that did not work.

Hi, glad to be here. 

I am using ReCap Pro version 5.0.3.58. 

My graphics processor is Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Version 416.16
