To whomever may concern,
I recently installed Recap Pro - which installed Recap Photo. When attempting to launch Recap Photo, I a message stating to download an update. I download the update, and it doesn't work. I also tried the forums in which get me to install a extractor and indicated to use the setup. The extractor never worked. The setup though never worked either, but I would get an error, cannot locate autodesk installation location. Attempted many methods but to no avail. Or I woudl get another message of, " Cannot update, because of loss of connection". A little strange. So then I updated, autodesk, and checked my subscriptions. Everything seemed alright. Anyways, still attempting to trouble shoot this, if anyone knows of a solution to this problem, let me know. Was just wanting to play around with photo recap, and see if its any good, and perhaps learn some photogrammetry. If it was a great product well I might get a commercial license if I find a commercial use for it, other than that I currently havea student license, but I will say, auto desks new system is better in some ways to the old ways of the licensing. 😄
