Hi all,
I posted to the forum last week regarding the new photo limit. I got a response from someone asking if I had a subscription to Recap Pro (I did not have a subscription and decided to subscribe since I need to process a set of ~100 photos). Anyhow, now I have a subscription and cannot figure out how to upload the photos to recap360. My storage went up 419% usage when Autodesk decided to reduce the storage allowance, credits, and number of allowable photos, but this does not yet seem to be part of the problem (I may need to download my finished projects and delete them from the cloud to increase my storage capacity).
Anyhow, can somebody let me know how to upload my 100 photos now that I have the Recap Pro subscription? Thanks!
-Ryan

@anil_mistry I am aware of how the photo uploading process works. After following your instruction of upgrading to Recap Pro, I still cannot upload more than 50 photos to process.
