Recap pro 2020 Navigation Shortcuts Pop-Up

Does anyone know how to disable this pop-up or make it not act stupidly?

It jumps my mouse to the shortcuts pop-up, then the pop up closes & it stays stuck in a loop.

Same problem with my Recap 2020 on a 4K monitor with no adjustment for high resolution screens. It's frustrating to constantly having to skirt this menu zone.

Any news from Autodesk?

Here's a ScreenCast of the problem.

The mouse has "déja vue" as a symptom of living in the Matrix! 🙂

Hi,

Can you try the following to disable Navigation pop up?

Display Settings > Toggle UI Elements > Navigation > Tools > Navigation.

Yes, thanks that worked. The tool tip still shows up but the mouse doesn't jump to it.

I would expect that disabling the tool tip should also prevent the window from displaying.
