Hi, 

I would like to know if it is possible to create a 3D model in ReCap Photo from a video instead of from images.

Hi jmcaroPTXRV,

While you can indeed grab the frames from a video stream and use it for photogrammetry (photo to 3D). The result is generally of much lower quality compared to camera shots. 

This is due to the temporal effect of the rolling shutter used by most common video capturing device. Unless your video camera have a global shutter, we will not recommend using a video stream as input to photogrammetry.
