After 24 hours recap photo is left with 0% registration.
There is no solution in sight from Autodesk support.
I have never encountered a company that disrespects its future customers.
Autodesk's claim that they were busy with a lot of eduction license complaints, does not justify completely ignoring the only support forum for students.
Someone at Autodesk needs to shake up the recap team.
@Ori_Senderov @constantijn_martensZJANZ @CPARDOF69TT, Checking again with the backend team, there seems to be suggen influx of too many educational requests recently, which is causing the delay. The team is looking into clearing the backed-up jobs.

Thanks Ramesh for your answer. Which is your best estimate regardig the time that does it takes to normalize the current situation?

No response from Autodesk team to me regarding this issue either. Not a great look.
