Hi

My problem is with Recap Photos. registration 0%
I have an education license.
All software is installed correctly to the latest versions.
I can't produce a model with Recap Photo. many errors in recapphoto.log.
I tried
- Internet connection stable.
- Verify Autodesk Cloud Services.
- Desktop Connector is Properly Configured.
- Autodesk Desktop Connector is running.
- logged with the same Autodesk account to Desktop Connector as Recap Photo.
- Checked Image Format and Size.
- Images meet Recap Photo's requirements.
- Tested with Fewer Images.
- I tried uploading a smaller batch. The issue persists.
- Cleared %TEMP% folder.
- reinstalling Recap pro & photo
- Checked Logs, many errors. can't find information to resolve problems.
- registration 0%

Please help me resolve this issue.
thank you
ori

After 24 hours recap photo is left with 0% registration.

There is no solution in sight from Autodesk support.

I have never encountered a company that disrespects its future customers.

Autodesk's claim that they were busy with a lot of eduction license complaints, does not justify completely ignoring the only support forum for students.

Someone at Autodesk needs to shake up the recap team.

@Ori_Senderov @constantijn_martensZJANZ @CPARDOF69TT, Checking again with the backend team, there seems to be suggen influx of too many educational requests recently, which is causing the delay. The team is looking into clearing the backed-up jobs.

It's fixed for me now, but it wasn't anything I did myself. My assumption is that Autodesk caught up to the backlog of users having the same problem and fixed the issue across the board. I'd give it some time and it might fix itself.
