ReCap Photo Trial Installation Successful but Trial Won't Activate

I have looked on the Forum here concerning this issue - I have downloaded the update for ReCap Pro and still I can not access the trial for ReCap Photo.  I have activated the trial on ReCap Pro but for some reason ReCap Photo is not working.  

There is no way I can trail a product and pitch it to my managers if the critical options and workflows are not accessible.  How do I pitch the capability of using photo to 3D capture as an R&D step if no trial can be accessed?

Does someone have a step0 by step install process for getting this to install and allow all the trial options?

Thank you for participating in our Community! I was wondering what version of ReCap pro and ReCap Photo you are using? You can find this information by going to Control Panel -> Programs -> Program and Feature and search for ReCap. 

Also, do you get any error message? Any screen capture would be very helpful.
