For two days it has been stuck on "uploading 7%" etc. I have reinstalled, checked for updates (but i get some weird error) open and closed, restarted my PC. This was just working for me and all of a sudden this randomly happened..

It appears you are on an old version (v19.0.0.38) Please download two updates from this page:

Autodesk ReCap Photo Update v19.1.0.10 for v19.0.0.38 and v19.0.1.9 |
Autodesk ReCap Photo Update v19.1.1.2 for v19.1.0.10
These need to be download and run in order.
