ReCAP photo project disappeared

I uploaded approximately 500 drone photos to create an 3D aerial model, and it was being shown in my cloud projects, once it said Waiting in queue the software froze, so I closed it and when I opened it again the project had disappeared from my projects, but my tokens are gone. 

I am not sure if the project is being processed or if I can get a refund of the tokens?

Thumbnails of projects generated in the cloud are visible in the Photo to 3D tab. All files created during the process should be saved in the defined path to AccDocs.
