Recap photo not available in trial

Hi,

just downloaded autodesk recap trial.

I am only interested in the photo feature but although the trial license is activated, when recap photo opens, the aerial and object options are locked and I am asked to subscribe to gain access.

Is photo not available in trial?

(I saw in the forums that loging out and restarting the program might help, but it didn't)

hi @arisleme,

Please update to v19.1.1.2 of ReCap photo.

The original download gives you v19.0.0.38 so there are two downloads you will need to get and apply.

They can be found here: ReCap downloads.

This was an issue that was found in an older version of ReCap photo where it wouldn't let users access ReCap photo on trials.
