ReCap Photo - after upload, stuck on registering 0% - error after few minutes

Hello, all,

I have a problem, that is perhaps stupid, but I have to ask. I have a student educational version of ReCap. I have done like 3 model from photos allready two days ago, but today, suddenley every time I upload photos (aroud 81 of them) they succesfully upload and then get stuck on registering 0% (picture). After few minutes, it says error. Canť tell what is the problem. I have enough space on A360 drive, the photos should be ok (I have tried with allready used photos, that succesfully produced models and it fails with them asi well). Can somebody please explain? Iam using Recap Photo 2019 with Windows 10.

I have the same problem since about 5 hours 😕

At least Iam not alone. Ok, lets hope it is some problem on Autodesk side and it will be resolved quickley...

same here. I have never had this many issues with software. Once you use Autodesk, all you do is problem solving.
