ReCap photo - 3D model creation - project stuck waiting in queue

Hi, I'm trying to create a 3D model using recap photo, and my project is stuck on 1% waiting in queue. It's stuck for hours, I also tried yesterday and gave it time - left it overnight, and in the morning saw an error message. I tried to restart the program and my computer, and signed out and in, tried several times and still the same. Would appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

Hi @hilla88,

Is it possible to PM me the name of the project? I will take a look at the backend as to why it might have errored out.

Please note: Project errors can happen due to various reasons such as improper image overlaps, wrong coordinate system, etc. If the project errors out, you should get an email saying that the project failed and your Cloud Credits/Tokens are automatically refunded. And since this is in the cloud, logging in/out of ReCap won't help as the project is located in the cloud.

Hi @barmanr . I'm with the exactly same problem. My project stuck in 1% waiting in queue.
