Please keep in mind that these forums are peer-to-peer, mostly just users like yourself. Only rarely does an Autodesk Employee check in.

Well I guess there's a few errors! Looks mostly like connection issues.
I can only add one thing to your list of attempted fixes. Have you opened a support ticket with Autodesk?

Hi Dave

3 Autodesk supporters explicitly wrote that they cannot help someone on an
educational license program.

They directed me to the recap forum and claimed that the only way I would
get an answer, is from the recap developer team in the forum.

Like i said, very bad attuide from Autodesk to futue client.

Ori,
I gotta agree with you that Autodesk has left you hanging. Not good.
Since it seems to be connection issues, are you on a network that might be blocking the connection? Have you tried your home network, or even using your cell phone as a hotspot?

Hi Dave,

The tests were made at home network with internet fiber 1000/100 Mbps.
There is nothing that prevents internet access from ReCap photo.

@Ori_Senderov I just checked with the backend team, and it seems like there have been way too many educational requests recently, which is causing the delay. The team is looking into clearing the backed-up jobs.
