Does anyone know if recap and recap pro run on windows 11 yet? I’m trying to figure that out as well as the entire BIM360 collection being supported by windows 11. I know revit is.

Hi @jakebusack
There was no official information on support for ReCap Pro Windows® 11. The system requirements are for Windows® 10 only.
If I were you, I would not rush to update the operating system if you want to keep the functionality of Autodesk products.
As far as I know, at the moment Windows® 11 supports AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360.

Well if anyone is interested I had a computer that was already a WIN 11 machine. It appears the following programs are operating as expecting (latest releases): Autodesk Recap Pro, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Revit, and Autocad MEP.

I'm closer to updating, but with Recap still not listed with support for Windows 11, I'm nervous. Have you encountered any issues since your post?

For ReCap 2023, most of functionalities work well in windows 11, such as import, registration, etc.

But we found some issues with some functionalities such as publishing.

So I upgraded my box, hardware wise, but don't think Windows 11 Pro runs ReCAp well as it will stay stuck on a single scan for hours, or crash.  My older box that has Windows 10 and ReCap  2023 on it seem to run just fine. If anyone has figured a setting/work around for Windows 11 and ReCAp I'd love to hear it.
