recap 4.0 running as administrator every time

I just downloaded the latest version 4.0.0.28, and it seems as though it is running as administrator every time.

Our IT department does not trust us, so we are no longer Administrators on our own machines, and it is asking for a password to run the program itself.

Is it possible to change this, as it was not an issue with any older version?

Got it.

I had to locate the program on the start menu, properties, compatibility and uncheck run as administrator.

weird how it installed like that, I have never had another program install and default to that.

Mine didn't show up either.

I had to download it from the website.
