I have installed Recap on Surface Pro, but I always got an "Autodesk ReCap 360 Error Report" message when I try to start the program.

Thank you in advance for any suggestion.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! I was wondering what version of ReCap Pro you have on Surface Pro?

Thank you and have a great day!

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for your reply. I was able to lunch ReCap Pro version 4.2.2.15 to my Surface Pro 4 without any issue. You may want to try un-installing and re-installing ReCap pro again and see if you are still seeing this behavior.

Thank you and have a great day!

Hi,

I reinstall the program again and still not able to get it work.  Is it because I'm using Surface Pro 3 which is not capable to run the software?

Thank you,

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry but unfortunately I don't have access to Surface Pro 3 so I can't duplicate this behavior on my end. I will ask development team and see if they can provide more information on this.

Thank you and have a great day!
