RCP exported to RCS - tiles of missing points in point cloud

Hello,

I hope someone can help me here. I have an RCP that I want to export to RCS. In the exported RCS there are tile that don' contain any points. But this doesn't happen always. Sometimes the export works just fine. I have no idea what the reason could be.
