Project Won’t Open After Uploading Photos – Only JPEG Created

Hello,

I uploaded my project files and the associated photos to Autodesk ReCap, and after processing, the project still won’t open. Instead, I only see a JPEG file saved on my drive.

• The upload seemed successful.

• Processing completes without error, but no project or 3D model is generated.

Can someone help me understand:

1. Why the project isn’t opening?

2. How to fix this so I can access the processed model instead of just a JPEG?
