Forgive me if I've missed a posted solution to this problem, but I've got various submissions of the same project getting stuck, first at 48%, then a day later settling in at 95%. I wish there were some mechanism by which the user knew whether to pull anchor on a corrupted project or take a chill pill and wait things out. I'm exhibiting risky behavior possibly taking too many chill pills ;^)
