point cloud colour issue

we are facing the problems with point cloud scan, as when we are registering the point cloud and after the completion of it, point cloud shows yellow color. @autodesk @Anonymous @Anonymous @autodesk

1. is this display typical only when importing data into ReCap?
2. Is the color mode RGB?
3. How was the point cloud obtained? Photogrammetry or laser scanning?
4. Have you tried importing into other software?
5. Can you share the file?
