Pipe Snap function does not recognize pipes

I tried to measure the dimensions of several pipes in recap pro. However the pipe snap function in Recap Pro does not recognize any of the pipes in the picture. How can I solve this problem?Knipsel.PNG

Thanks for the reply.

I'm using a structured scan I think. When I try to measure large pipes, it works kind of fine. But Recap does not recognize the small pipes (smaller than 5").

I'm wondering if there is any update to this question.

Also, not really on topic, but somewhat related:

I know there is a way to measure from center of pipe (assuming its recognized), but all i can do is measure to outside diameter of pipe.  How do you toggle from outside to center for pulling measurements?

Sorry for delayed reply. I got an update from development team saying that there might be fewer points than required on the small pipes. At this time there is no work around for the released product.
