Photo upload failed, ER0102

I cannot submit a project due to most of my photos failing to upload, giving the 'ER0102' error.  I have tried uploading them to A360, which works, but then I cannot retrieve them from Recap.  When trying to add photos, if I select 'Browse from A360 Drive' I can see and navigate through the folders, but the images within do not show up.  I can get the project to submit only if I discard most of the photos.  Furthermore, on the few occasions I have managed to submit a project, it fails and I have to resubmit, with no explanation as to why it failed.

What I've done:

I have tried using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox)

I uploaded over 200 images and manually added ~6 registration points to each (that took awhile)

I uploaded over 200 images with no registration points

I uploaded ~30 images with ~4 registration points each

I uploaded ~30 images with no registration pointsI am using the 30-day free trial if that makes a difference.

I tried disabling my firewall to see if that was blocking upload, no difference

I really love the idea of this program but there's no way I'm buying it if I can't get it to work.

--EDIT--

After continuing to try to get this to work, I noticed that some of the images I was using had the '&' symbol in their name.  Removing that symbol solved the ER0102 error.  I will update this if there are further errors.

These same Issues have been happening to me as well.  It never used to happen but now it does.  However I haven't changed any settings or procedure.  Is this a server issue or a bug with 360?  Thanks
