Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! Try double clicking on this project tiles and it will open project page where you should see download option. If this doesn’t work then try to download from A360 project drive folder. Please, let me know if this helps.

Thank you and have a great day!

Dear Anil,

Thank you for the solution. It works!
However some of the files I have to resubmit for a few times for it to work 😅

Anything I can do to avoid this?

Hi @Anonymous,

Were you not able to download from A360 drive or were not able to view in ReCap Photo? Would you be able to share this project with us for further investigation?

Please, provide more detail for further investigation.

Thank you and have a great day!

I am still unable to view my models online - would you be able to find out why my visualisation through recap.autodesk.com will not work? I am able to create a model via the Autodesk ReCap Photo software however when I go to view it online using recap.autodesk.com it comes up with the message "Visualisation failed. Click here to fix.". But clicking does not help. My colleague has been able to view one of the models online and view it by producing the model on the online version of your software. However, to edit the model you have to use Autodesk ReCap Photo software so I downloaded it to the software to edit but then re-uploading it to the online viewer the error same error returned.
