New to ReCap - Mesh Failure

Hi Y'all!

  I'm very new to ReCap, but my shop has begun using LiDar scanning for site surveys.  We got our first scan a few days ago, and started working in ReCap, but the mesh conversion keeps failing, and I'm not exactly sure why.

Any ideas?

I'd include a file, but it seems that the forum won't accept .rcp

@Vintagetunes CAn you please provide some screen capture of the error you are getting? Also can you confirm if you RCP file and corresponding support folder with RCS files?

I've had the same issue.  It's really difficult to know what to do when there's no feedback beyond only a failure.  Also are tokens consumed on failure?

Hi @zack_wrubleski @Vintagetunes ,

If the service failed for any reason after submission , the tokens are not consumed and refunded to the account.

Would you be able to provide the project titles that you set for submitting the scan to mesh cloud jobs? I will help check the backend.
