Missing RCP format in ReCap 360

Hi!

For link with Revit need .RCP or .RCS file formats.

Student account Autodesk ReCap 360 before upload photos i can't setup RCP output format.

I see additional formats (exept .obj and .rcm), but can't select.

How i can set .RCP/.RCS output file formats?

First, confirm that you see the "Photo to 3D" Service listed at this page:

https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/services

Then, take a look at these directions for selecting your appropriate export formats:

(Aside, the .RCP file for photo projects is not compatible with ReCap Desktop, which works exclusively with point clouds.)

I believe I am having the same problem. My account services includes "Photo to 3D" but the option to output to rcs is grayed out.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous,

The RCS option is only available in Ultra mode. Just select that one and you'll be able to receive RCS as well as some other file formats.

Thanks.  I discovered that... along with "Cloud Credits" !
