Hi
I Encounter the same promblem as a post from 2016-01-04 where the mirror balls disappear from my normal 3D point cloud view. I Have the latest version of Recap installed (4.0.0.28). I have registered this project on my laptop, and opened the project and all was well. When i opened the project later again, the mirror balls were missing. If i Click on the realview icon, then i can see the mirror balls again, but as soon as I go to the point cloud view they disappear.
Any ideas anyone.
Thanks very much.

Ok.
I dont know how, but the mirror balls are back now. I just saved the project again, adjusted the limit box, then confirmed and then reset the limit box again and then the mirror balls came back.
Hi @Anonymous,
Please, try deleting content from Project "Temporary Cache Files" folders and try opening project again. This folder is located under project support folder.
Let me know if this helps.
Thank you and have a great day!

help....
I think your last update have a problem with realview/mirrorballs
It can also depend on which kind of cloud you have opened.
1) Some file types are not structured, like PTS, and result in not having a Mirror Ball in the 3D view.
2) If you export "the regions of a Project" or "a complete project" with balls into unified RCS file(s), you loose the Mirror Balls also.
