Inadvertent Transformation when unifying project in Recap 5.0.1.30

Has anyone else experienced an inadvertent transformation of a structured recap project after unifying? See screen shot below and note the Magenta is the unified, and all other colors are the structured project. (I merged to two to compare). A rough measurement from top of towers shows 31.485 m delta. (x = 15.46, y=25.81, z=9.27). Workflow i used is very common and no different than usual. Register in Scene, import fls scans to Recap 5.0.1.30, ignore registration and index. After completion (still takes babysitting - see lengthy thread on that issue), I clip outside and inside to reduce noise, distant points, etc and export to a unified RCP at 10mm decimation. This creates a more manageable size for client use. Never before have i experienced a transformation shift in the unification step. I noticed when i brought into Revit to inspect and the pointcloud didn't align. I suspected a "shared coordinates" problem but the alignment error repeated after a retry. So i loaded both structured and unstructured RCP into a new Recap project. Alas, you can see the difference.  There doesn't "appear" to be any rotation, but just movement in 3 axes.  Anyone else experience this?  Is it new in 5.0.1.30?
