I can not upload photos in ReCap

I can not upload photos at recap.autodesk.com there is no photo to 3d option

help me please!!!

Hi @erickcrm,

Thank you for participating in our Community! You can't create ReCap Photo project from recap.autodesk.com anymore, you can create Photo project via ReCap photo which is part of ReCap Pro. Do following to lunch ReCap Photo application:

1. Lunch ReCap Pro

2. Click on New Project from deshboard

3. Click on Photo to 3D to lunch ReCap Photo application

4. Within application select Aerial or Object to process ReCap Photo project.

but when I click photo to 3d

I'm directed to https://recap360.autodesk.com/

and there is no photo to 3d option

only the search icon

Looks like you are using older version of ReCap Pro. Please let me know what version of ReCap pro you are using?

I was able to solve the problem I installed the recap pro 2019 and I was able to use the recap photo
