I can not upload photos in ReCap Photos, the icons show locked

I am trying to figure out how to use this to determine it's usability for my projects.  I down loaded the trial version and tried to upload photos, but it seems that the trial version does not allow for this function.  The icons show locked.

Thank you for participating in our Community! I was wondering what version of ReCap Photo you are using? You can go to control panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -. then search for ReCap.

5.0.0.4 seems to be the version.

I have taken photos of 3 different objects and the rendering that comes back to me is in no way any likeness to the objects. Very frustrated.
I would like to send my photos to someone to have them assessed to see what I can possibly be doing wrong.
