Hello Experts,

1. I did use Recap Photo to upload all pics to Recap cloud dirver, and created a 3D model in Recap Photo.

2. Opening the My Cloud Drive to see, and try to open 3D model on Web version but it turned to error.

My purpose is to creat  *.rcs file to import to Recap Pro to edit further.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! You can open RCM file using ReCap photo and do following to convert RCM to RCP or RCS:

  1. Open RCM in ReCap Photo
  2. Export this model to PTS
  3. Create new project in ReCap pro and Import this PTS
  4. Save as RCP or export as unified RCP/RCS

Let me know if this helps.

Thank you and have a great day!
