HELP!!!! RECAP GOT STUCK at 1%

Hi 

My project called 'thes' is stuck at 1 % translating from physical to digital model. i was wondering if anyone can let me know how long it might take? Its for my thesis project so its quite important for me.

Thank you for participating in our Community! Your project is in queue and just want to  let you know that EDU queue is limited in processing since it is offered free. Please, use this queue very conservatively so everyone can process their job. Also, development team recommending to reduce images resolutions to 12MP.

hi @liyinicole,

We are not able to provide an estimated time on project completion. The EDU queue is limited, provided as a free service to students. The models are processed in the order they came in.
