Buenos días:

Intento crear un objeto en ReCap Photo, selecciono las fotos en A360 Drive y me da un error: Fail to get the size of the files to be uploaded. Please try again later.

He visto en otro lugar esta respuesta

Hello @mkikuchiQBVMW

Thank you for posting your issue on this thread, we always encourage users to always start new thread for their issues, so that we can handle it very well and can have back and forth conversation with specific user only.

But anyway, next time you can do that, for now let me answer your questions one by one.

1. first two images were you got the error message saying "fail to get the size of the file.... ", just want to know whether you were selecting the Photos from your A360? If yes, then let me tell you that there is a bug in that workflow and for now, you can download the photos from !360 and then process it.

2. Second issue is about not having enough cloud credits, which means non of you contract (if you have multiple) has enough cloud credits to process the job.  Can you please send me the picture of your cloud credit status. (it will be on first screen of the ReCap Photo near to left top corner beside your log in name info.)

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous,

Regarding your error in the A360 drive : "Fail to get the size of the files to be uploaded. Please try again later."

We have removed this feature from our latest release and we would advise that you install the latest update available from https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/recap/downloads . For your files that are stored on your A360 drive, please download them on your local driver and select these photos for the reconstruction.

Do let me know if you got anymore queries.

Cheers,

Hello @Anonymous

Thanks for taking this discussion to new thread, appreciate your efforts.

Below are the answers for your questions.

¿Entiendo que ES UN BUG, un fallo del programa que se solucionara?

[Ritesh] We have removed the functionality of accessing the photos from A360, this is a business decision so, I cannot provide more details on this.

Acabo de iniciar una suscripción gratuita  durante 3 años, por ser profesor. ¿Tiene esto algo que ver?

[Ritesh] No, this is nothing to do with which licensing you are using.

Cómo se puede, si es que se puede, procesar las fotos en el ordenador, de forma local. ¿Dónde puedo ver el Driver Destopk?

[Ritesh] Local Reconstruction has been removed from ReCap Photo, it was only available in ReMake.

With your educational license, you can process as many jobs you want, there is no limit and this doesn't require any Cloud Credits.  (But you can only process the projects with maximum 100 photos)

If you have any further questions, do reply me back, I will be happy to answer your quires.

Thanks,

Ritesh
