Exporting RCP from Recap with annotations

Hi, I have imported an E57 and converted to RCP. I have then annotated some areas and added pictures for our surveyors to view. Is there any way I can export this and share in Bim360/ autodesk viewer or similar? They will need to be able to navigate the data fairly simply.

Thanks for you help.

Hi @jingall,
"I have then annotated some areas and added pictures..."
How did you do that? You added annotations and pictures to an RCP?

Apologies I didn't explain very well.

I added annotation within ReCap but want to export them as part of the model. Are these annotations only visible within the Recap Software?

@jingall,
"I added annotation within ReCap..."
I really would like to know how you did that. Can you show a screen shot of what you did and how you did it?

Hi Dave,

If you zoom out from the model (double click your middle scroller button on the mouse) then it should just display as an option at the bottom called "notes". You can then annotate with pictures etc and export as a CSV. However I haven't found a way to link this to the RCP file itself.

@jingall,
Wow, that's cool! Thanks for the screen shot.
I haven't used that feature, so I'm sorry I don't have an answer to your question.
