I am getting a "Move File Failed" error from Autodesk Desktop Connector (DTC) after editing and saving a Recap Project (RCP) file. These are the details:
- The Recap project was published to ACC in about one month ago. The project is visible in ACC.
- Desktop Connector 16.1.0.1935 is installed.
- Recap Pro 2023 was used to edit the RCP file. The edits involved highlighting 'spray' points that are outside of the project scope. The 'spray' points were moved to a new region.
- The region was deleted, and the RCP file was saved. The option to "Remove Points and Region" was selected during the save operation.
- Recap created a new "Temporary Cache Files" folder beneath the existing "Support" folder. This folder seems to have the edited versions of the files.
- This is where DTC seems to get 'stuck' while trying to update the .RCP.BK file in the support folder. Due to the error, Recap does not update the RCP file in ACC. Thus, the edits are not visible on ACC.
