Does the ReCap 360 web UI have issues for everyone right now or is it just me?

See screenshots. I can submit jobs and download exports without much trouble, but the web UI seems to have lots of issues.

 

  1. "Visualization failed..."
  2. "The 2D Map is not available."
  3. The 2D map begins to load then produces and error dialog
  4. The 2D map appears black / doesn't display
  5. Source image thumbnails won't load

Is it just me (something with my account or the way I'm submitting projects) or does anyone else see these same issues?

Hi @JADAstudio,

 

The thumbnails thing seems to be resolved.

For the 2D map error, can you share your project with recap360@autodesk.com? and the team can check this out.

I'm not sure if it was related to the thumbnails or because I resubmitted the project but it seems to be fixed as well now.
