does recap work on windows xp64?

i tried installing the free pro version of recap but i get an error "recap.exe - entry point not found   The procedure entry point releaseSRWLockExclusive could not be located in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

 

im using windows xp64 pro.

 

any sudgestions?
