Does ReCap Photo support Fish Eye lenses?

hello guys, I tried to process the data. I succesfuly upload all the image through Recap to A360 then the registering began. So I closed the programme and I am not sure if I interrupted the process.

 

1) is it necessary to leave RECAP Photo open during registration?

2) I have my photo uploaded but if I want to repeat the registration I have to upload it again? It is not possible to reuse once uploaded images?

 

So, the fix should repaire the problem - but I think these photos were taken with fish eye effect (gopro) and then corrected by a software - is it possible to do it like this?

Thank you for participating in our Community! At this time ReCap photo doesn't support photos taken with Fish Eye lenses. You are seeing this error because your photos are taken with Fish Eye lens. Let me know if this helps.

our customer ask about it because of future projects. We tried the data on new version but it createed nothing. 😞 

 

I am quite confused because smth should be repaired as you mentioned in the case above.

And what about uploading the photos again and again? If the photos are on the cloud is there any way to use them or I have to upload it again?
