Cloud Services not available

In Recap Pro I see the service for "Clean Up" and "Scan to Mesh" but they are inactive. Are these services unavailable or do I need to talk to someone about getting access. I have accessed before without a problem.

So I realized it says its only available for structured views?? The particular scene I was looked at was multiple scans. Will this only work with a multi scan project?

Hi @andrewrider,

It can work with single scan projects too, but as long as you see the RealViews (panoramic images) in your scene.

If you have them, then it basically means that your scans are structured, mainly coming from fls, ptg, ptx, zfs scan files, and you can run the data services from ReCap.

If not, see if you can have the data in one of the above file formats.

I don't see real views or cloud services upload. I just updated to Recap Pro. What am i missing. I need to share my scans with my clients

Real view and Cloud Services only works with Structured Scans. Structured scans are "fixed-origin" or tripod scans - data coming from scanners on a tripod (static or terrestrial scanners). For example, formats like FLS,ZFS,PTX etc. More info on structured vs unstructured can be seen at this article.
