Cloud credits

Hi,

 I just order my 3rd cloud credits bundle and everytime I have to search how to order this. I can imagine this is really confusing for many people.

The link you provide on "buy cloud credits" does not go to the place where you can buy cloud credits, it only goes to the yearly subscription fee.

When you search in the autodesk store you can also not find cloud credits, even when I search on the right sku# 88100-000000-5401

The only way I found to order cloud credits is by:

- going to you profile on manage.autodesk.com

- click on the chart icon  (reporting)

- click on the link there "Get cloud credits"

2nd request; why do I everytime have to fill in again who I am, my address details, etc.. I am logged in, you already have all my details. 

3rd; Also now being at this topic, is there a way to buy these cloud credits at volume discount? like if I buy 1000 of them, can I get a discount?

I am in the netherlands, using chrome.

When I click on the link, I only get the option for the yearly subscription, not for the actual cloud credits.

It can be purchased from the autdesk account: https://manage.autodesk.com

Sign in with the same credentials, and under Reporting find the contract for ReCap 360 and select "get cloud credits"

This does not work for those of us in europe. The link is expressly to the US store site.  When accessing the store from a European IP address we are forcely directed to the european store (have to click for some reason and cannot stay on the US store). This redirection is generic and does not retain the information. I cannot find how to purchase credits on the european store. Tried everything I could think of including the product ID from the link.

As per the original. I am logged in. You know I am in the EU, why can't you get the link to the right store!

Also the EU store has no contact information. No way to report issues. No way to ask how to purchase the cloud credits.

Mines says no cloud credits purchased. There's no get cloud credit button, only "access cloud services" & "learn more". I'm not sure if the subscription comes with free cloud credits, but my company has a 3 year subscription starting last year and i haven't done a render in 2 years. Please help as i need to get a render out tomorrow

Cloud credits do not come automatically with a subscription. When a new user is initially added to his/her first subscription, Autodesk gives that individual a one-time gift of 100 starter cloud credits for personal use. So initially you were given 100 individual cloud credits however according to our records they have been used. 

Please note that only Contract Manager or Software Coordinator can purchase additional cloud credits for your subscription. Therefore, you do not have "Get cloud credits" option in your Autodesk account. You need to contact your Contract Manager to purchase the cloud credits.

Cloud credits are sold in packs of 100 for $100USD, based on US SRP. Pricing in other currencies may vary.

So if my contract manager purchases the cloud credits, would they be able to distribute it to my account?  Or would i need to log into their username and render under their name?

Yes, the manager can give access to the cloud credits to multiple users.

I am also in Europe - in the UK and I have been told that I have to get Cloud Credits via a Reseller! I have called and emailed the reseller recommended and no one has called back. I have presentation looming and can only render on my office machine which takes forever make do with low resolution cloud renders.

I should be able to give Autodesk money for Cloud Credits from the UK without this level of grief.

Please get it sorted Autodesk. Going back to Vectorworks and Cinema 4D is feeling more appealing by the minute.

Essa questão de créditos para recapitular uma foto deve ser melhor elaborada, aqui no Brasil não estou conseguindo comprar. não é o gerente que deve ter acesso à compra e sim qualquer um que tenha uma conta. quando comprar créditos mostra uma página não encontrada. Poderiam resolver isso mais rápido. Ou ao menos mostrar uma tabela de preços para ficarmos com as melhores informações.
