Cant resubmit a project

Im trying to improve the result,so I insert new points and resubmit the project.
I chose to create a new version, then I get get the message that the project was successfull created.
When the home screen appears, the new project dosent appears.
If I go to the documents in 360.autodesk.com, I can see the new project file rcp in the trash directory.

That’s new,

Thank you for reporting.

If you move the folder out from the “trash” folder can you view the project on ReCap360?

We’ll look into and try to find what have caused this.

Please let us know if you experience such behavior again.

Thank you,

Mitko

If I recover the file rcp from trash, there is not a folder. The project appears as being "in queue", but status never changed.
I was using recap360 during the free trial without noticing any problems, but since them I rarely can make a successful resubmission.

Maybe is a problem with my account.

 Thanks.

Is your project “in queue” for a long time?

It can take few hours depending on the bandwidth of projects submitted at the same time.

Thank you,

Mitko

This is a project that was recover from the trash directory.

Every time I tried recovering a rcp file from file trash, that project never changed status.Once I left a project over night without success.
