Cannot Activate Recap Pro Mobile

I have an active subscription to Recap Pro. I installed Recap Pro Mobile on my iPad Pro, but I get a message that a valid subscription is required. I checked my account and I DO have a valid subscription. How do I get Recap Pro activated? Yes, I am using the correct e-mail address to activate.

Yes. AutoDesk had to sync my account

I see, do you do this through ReCap on the computer or somewhere else?

You have to go through AutoDesks chat support. It’s on their web site. Autodesk has to do it for you.

Anil. I am having this issue too. Is it possible to 'sync my account' as above.I have an urgent need to use recap mobile tomorrow with a hired blk360

Hi Sharrison

How did you go? I do not know what exactly happened behind the scene nor we could reach out to the online support, it somehow works after a few hours and it sent us an email that contains the activation code. weird as...
