I have an active subscription to Recap Pro. I installed Recap Pro Mobile on my iPad Pro, but I get a message that a valid subscription is required. I checked my account and I DO have a valid subscription. How do I get Recap Pro activated? Yes, I am using the correct e-mail address to activate.

How did you go? I do not know what exactly happened behind the scene nor we could reach out to the online support, it somehow works after a few hours and it sent us an email that contains the activation code. weird as...
