AutoDesk ReCap - Stuck on Registering Project

Hi there,

 

I am working on a Dissertation about photogrammetry in University and was told to try and use ReCap as a comparison software. When I downloaded it, I uploaded my images of a scan to the program - which the program then uploaded without issue. But then when moving onto the "Registering <project title>" phase, it would get stuck at 0%.

 

I used existing forums to try and troubleshoot myself, but after I tried: 

 

Closing the entire app and restarting for the same project,

Pausing and Unpausing the registration process,

Restarting with a fresh project (using the same images) but with different names,

Updating ReCap to its latest version,

Updating AutoDesk Desktop Connector to its latest version, 

Using less images in the upload,

Using more images in the upload,

Double checking file format (all images are in .jpeg),

 

All still come up to the same issue of getting stuck at 0% on registering. I even updated AutoCAD to its latest version in an effort to try absolutely anything to make it work. All still to no avail. I used the digital assistant to try and resolve this but got directed here to ask. I verified that I do still have space on my A360 Drive, as the only files on there are just the previous projects (popping up with 0 size, as each and every one didnt get past the registration phase.) And just to make sure, I once left it to try and register for 3+ hrs to no avail - so I do not even get an error message about this issue.

i have the same issue also on a student account.
